The project Dactiloscapes is an investigation about the microscopic topography of the human body through its fingerprints. It establishes a double play of images –real and figurative– that connects the individual identity with large scale geographic landscapes recreated from an aerial panoramic view.
This project uses the skin as a serigraphic plate to evidence the semiotic relationship that relates an individual with its own fingerprint.
